To submit a request, press the Art Brush button below; be sure to have read the TOS first, and be prepared to include specific details for your request.

Commissions are completed on a first come, first serve basis. No refunds / no cancellations policy is in force.

If I am unable to complete your commission for any reason, you will be promptly notified and receive full reimbursement for any costs paid.

If commissioned for work, I reserve the right to refuse any request for any reason — wether that reason is specified in my “Wills & Won’ts” section or not.

For your commission to be accepted, you must provide visual/descriptive information and/or references via the contact email or DM. Please see option types & examples of my work so that you can specify in your request exactly what you want done. If specifications are not made (ie: background, character pose or position, etc.) I will decide the most creatively appropriate & default options as far as cost.

Under no circumstances do I condone or allow my artwork to be used as NFT. If my art is used to create any NFT, I will take legal action.

As artist, I own & retain the rights to the artwork upon completion, commission or original. You can not create or sell products or merchandise with my artwork on it. To purchase the rights to a character or artwork, please communicate that intention in your request.

Commercial use may be allowed at my discretion* However, that intention must be fully disclosed in the initial request and will incur an additional 30% to the final cost; non-disclosure of intention for commercial use is otherwise a violation of the TOS, as you will have not properly purchased the rights to the artwork from me.

You may post & share the final commission as long as I am properly credited for the work. Conversely, I also reserve the right either to post the commission or not to.

Once details are discussed and I accept a commission, 50% of the initial balance must be paid, and can be done via PayPal, Venmo or Cash App. You will receive a formal initial invoice to reflect the paid amount and remaining balance; any excess revisions or additions you request along the way will be added to subsequent invoices.

You will receive a rough draft within the first 3 days to approve before proceeding to complete your commission.

After the preliminary sketch is approved, I will provide an estimated time frame for completion, based on the specifications and details of your request.

Commissions may typically take 2-4 weeks in total to complete, but may be longer depending upon complexity.

All commissions are completed digitally, and sent as such. If your commission request includes a physical print from the digital final, the cost of printing will be added to the final total. You must also provide specific details for the dimensions and finish requested. (If your commission request entails additional work such as website design, profile or channel design, banners, etc. I am not opposed to that and can assist in doing the work, but that pricing will be discussed separately and be considered as a “special request”.)

I will send you periodic updates of progress — during that time up to 2 minor revisions or changes made at no additional cost. Please do not contact me regularly, as if I am not sending you updates it is because I am working on your commission.

Any more than 2 revisions, or any major revisions requested that I approve will adjust the total price of the commission & will result in an unpaid balance for those changes. The exact amount will be determined by the complexity of the revisions requested.

If additional or major revisions are agreed upon, you will receive an updated invoice reflecting your adjusted total price & updated balance, due upon completion — which must be formally accepted before continuing.

Typically 1–3 days before the expected completion of the commission, I will send notification. When the commission is completed, any updated remaining balance must be paid in full before receiving the completed artwork. Once paid, you will be sent the final commission & the second updated invoice reflecting the itemized total of costs paid for the work. If no additional costs accrued, you will simply be notified & receive the completed commission.

By commissioning me for a request, wether approved or denied, means you are implicitly accepting these terms of service.
